I want black matte nail polish, but I don’t want to have to order it online.

Go to Target where they sell better (and more expensive) brands such as Essie and Opi. You could buy a black matte from OPI’s ginormous range of colors or take a black polish and use the Essie Matte About You over as a top coat.

If you happen to be driving and see stores that sell beauty supplies, take a chance and go in. Chances are, they’re going to have nail polish and there, you can search for your black matte xD
